with Sunflower, Jojoba, Argan & Vitamins

Ingredients: Aqua (Kobashi filtered and UV treated pure 66m deep well water, UV treatment isn't actually needed, as no bugs were found in test, but required by law and we are extra cautious), organically grown aloe vera (balances PH and helps skin), ammonium laureth sulfate, tea lauryl sulphate (helps clean & disperse oil, derived from coconut oil), organically grown sunflower oil, cocamidopropyl betaine (naturally derived mild foaming agent), jojoba oil (conditioning) & organically grown wheat germ oil (high in vitamin E), hydroxyethyl-cellulose (thickener from plant fibres) Preservative: Natural vitamin E (mixed tocopherols), antioxidant (citric acid), potassium sorbate, sodium benzoate, caprylyl glycol. This product origin is UK.

Active Material substance (ams) 14.81% At this level with these ingredients make it a very mild product and effective.

By using a little of each cleansing, lathering and balancing ingredients we have made an extra mild shampoo.

As with all products, keep out of eyes and do not take internally.

Very mild, sustainable and biodegradable. You can add essential oils of your choice or you can purchase Kobashi ready made blends.

This mild Bath base can be use all over your body, including your face and dry hair.

Due to the natural ingredients in the Bath Base there will be natural colour variations. White to amber. Colour is created by the natural Sunflower oil, natural Vitamin e, natural Jojoba and natural Argan.. Any colour is just a good as the other. This colour change can happen in a short time, within the same batch and even within a week.

We believe it is most important that Kobashi Bath base is mild, bubbles your bath, help skin feel good and is not irritating or drying.

To Use: Turn the bottle upside down and shake well. To use: Shake, add one to three caps full to the Bath. Rinse well with water after use. As with all Shampoos, Soap and Bath products, keep out of eyes and do not take internally.

The Bath, Shampoo and Soap Base, have been formulated to work with essential oils and work fine without them. You only need a few drops of essential oil per 10ml. The way I use them is either add 1 to 3% essential oil: depending which essential oil I am using: see side of essential oil bottle for recommended %.

A quick guide to amounts of oil to use:

Pour about a tablespoon in your cupped hand, add 1drop of essential stir hands together rinse under running water.

Alternatively add drops of essential oil to 250ml Bath Base bottle and add a couple caps full to running water into the bath.

1%: 2.5ml or 50drops 2%: 5ml or 25drops 3%: 7.5ml or 150drops

A slightly foaming, gentle and moisturizing bath base, designed to absorb the essential oils and disperse them into the water. Add the essential oils of your choice. Try stimulating oils such as Rosemary or Peppermint in the morning and relaxing oils such as Lavender or Mandarin at night.

Please note: We don't approve of deforestation. Oil palms yield more oil per acre than other crops, so the hype to avoid palm oil is only that, hype. Everything we as humans do will have an environmental consequence. Use the most efficient product per acre.

Shampoo, Soap and Bath base can be used all over.

They are all the same except the Bath base has more oil. It can also be used on hair or skin if it is dry.

To Use: Turn the bottle upside down and shake well. To use: Shake, wash hair or body or add one to three caps full to the Bath. Rinse well with water after use. As with all Shampoos, Soap and Bath products, keep out of eyes and do not take internally. Although, personally I have put in my eyes and eaten some without a problem we don't advice anyone to do so.

We have been using these preservatives for over 36 years without a problem. Our choice of preservative after much careful research.

The reality is all organic or synthetic compounds have their harmful and safe dose. It's all about dose and time. Example too much water will do what? When it is about cosmetics we should really stop all the scare mongering about anything used in the right dose; humans thrive and adapt. I would rather use something good to stop bacteria, mould and fungus, than be damaged by something that may not work. Most natural preservatives have to be used at too high a dose to work. If we find something that will work and that is safer we will change and use them.

Many of the companies that took preservatives out are having bacteria, mould and fungus problems. Even the so called natural preservatives won't give protection for that long.

1.) Benzyl alcohol is produced naturally by many plants and is commonly found in fruits and teas. It is also found in a variety of essential oils including jasmine, hyacinth, and ylang-ylang. Use in health care: Benzyl alcohol is used as a bacteriostatic preservative at low concentration in intravenous medications, cosmetics and topical drugs.

The use of benzyl alcohol as a 5% solution has been approved by the U.S. FDA for the treatment of head lice in children older than 6 months and in adults. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Benzyl_alcohol

-- 2.) Potassium sorbate is the potassium salt of sorbic acid, chemical formula CH3CH=CH-CH=CH-CO2K. It is a white salt that is very soluble in water (58.2% at 20 °C). It is primarily used as a food preservative (E number 202).[4] Potassium sorbate is effective in a variety of applications including food, wine, and personal care products. While sorbic acid is naturally occurring in some berries, virtually all of the world's production of sorbic acid, from which potassium sorbate is derived, is manufactured synthetically. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Potassium_sorbate --- 3.) Tocopherols (TCP) are a class of organic chemical compounds (more precisely, various methylated phenols), many of which have vitamin E activity. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Tocopherol

4.) Phenoxyethanol is an organic compound. Natural occurrences: Phenol is a normal metabolic product, excreted in quantities up to 40 mg/L in human urine. Occurrence in whisky: Phenol is a measurable component in the aroma and taste of the distinctive Islay Scotch whisky, generally ~30 ppm, but it can be over 160ppm in the malted barley used to produce whisky. This amount is different and presumably higher than the amount in the distillate. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Phenoxyethanol
