Jasmine Absolute

For over two years, we were not able to find any Jasmine which met with our strict standards, even though we have tested countless samples. All of the samples tested have had high levels of pesticides, Benzene, phthalates and/or too much ethanol, hexane or pentane, which are cheap alcohol's used in the extraction process, which were left in finished product.

Yes It's Organically grown. Sometimes I forget to change name. Last batch wasn't organically grown, but anyway, they don't use pesticides or herbicides on Lemongrass, as it is not needed. The one we have now is certified organic from our supplier, but we can't use the symbol, but we can say it is organically grown because it was.

Massoia aromatica's amazing peachy, coconut aroma is used in small amounts as a fixative in expensive perfumes and as flavouring in foods.

The closest aroma we have to that of the yellow Gorse bush flower, found on the moors, is Massoia bark oil, but you only can use 1 drop in 100ml coconut oil. Be careful not to get neat Massoia bark oil on skin and wash thoroughly if you do.

For a really coconutty aroma gently melt 100g Kobashi organic solid coconut oil and add one drop of Massoia bark oil.

Most distillers don't like touching Myrrh because it makes a mess of the still and is hard to clean up. Put that on top of the unrest in Kenya and Somalia,the increase in world consumption, inflation and you can see why the price goes up.
