Contains Nut Oil
A truly great blend of oils to give you a larger spectrum of vitamins and fatty acids. Please see the individual headings for the properties of each oil. This oil is ready to use as it is, or with the addition of essential oils. Add five drops of essential oil to every 10 ml of body oil, (or 3 drops per teaspoon). Should you wish you can also add any of the other carrier oils not already included in the blend.
You only need a few drops of essential oil per 5ml (.169 US fl oz):
The way I use them is either add 1 to 3% essential oil: depending on which essential oil I am using: see side of bottle for %.
1% which is ( 1ml or 20 drops) upto 3% (3ml or 60 drops) of essential oil to the 100ml carrier.
1% which is ( 2.5ml or 50drops) upto 3% (7.5ml or 150 drops) of essential oil to the 250ml.
Or I pour a little in my hand and a drop of essential oil, then I rub my hands together and apply.
All oils should be kept out of eyes. Do not put on top eye lid as this may run into eyes. You should be able to use at 100% unless you are sensitive.
